Schools, Colleges, Universities and on-site training all are part of Information Transfer and Technology. Information Technology is the central enterprise of our society.. IT information transfer, computers and telecommunication is a bigger part of the economy than the auto industry, even all of transportation, construction or even government. Traditional models of teaching and learning based on lectures, books, libraries and labs is changing into a life-long process of "learning to learn".
